Kalna, Purba Bardhaman: The Quality Skill Development Training Institute (QSDTI) and Quality Healthcare Nursing & Allied Health Training Institute (QHCTI) successfully organized a grand Victory Felicitation Ceremony to honour newly elected public representatives and recognize their commitment to social welfare and community development.
